VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The annual Save a Buck Spend Some Doe shopping event is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026. The event brings together local businesses to offer shoppers a chance to save money while supporting the Valley City community. Participating businesses will offer special deals and discounts, giveaways, and make-and-take items. Our small businesses are the heartbeat of Valley City. They keep our community vibrant, said Paul McDonald, Chamber of Commerce Event Coordinator. “Save a Buck, Spend Some Doe is really a fan favorite. It gets people out to support small businesses that sustain our community.” Community members are encouraged to pick up a punch card and shop at participating local businesses. As shoppers visit businesses, they can collect punches on their cards and participate in the event. Filled cards can be entered for prizes with the Chamber. “The season is important for local businesses,” said Chamber President Amber
