The family of Danny Leon Johnson/Goecke, age 74, of Valley City, ND is deeply saddened to announce his passing on October 26, 2026 at Sanford on Broadway in Fargo, ND. A Celebration of Danny’s Life will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 5th at Lerud Mathias Funeral Home Chapel. Danny Leon Johnson, the son of James and Betty (Olson) Johnson, was born on April 26, 1952 in Bemidji, MN where he grew. After graduating from St. Benedictine School of Nursing, he went on to touch many people’s lives with his long nursing career. He lived a full and remarkable life.
